Ya, no problem. I started with getting my diet in check. I hate about 10x by body weight in calories and mainly good, heathly foods 6 times a day. I eliminated sweets, soda, desserts, etc. A change in eating habits is the #1 priority in my opinion. I started lifting weights Mon, Weds, Fri and cardio Tues, Thurs, Sat. I didn't follow a strict plan but your body will respond well to any type of change and increased activity. My goal wasn't to become ripped. I got a lot of information from www.johnstonefitness.com. Currently, I'm doing some exercises from the P90x program and thats working too. If you commit to change, you will get results. Good luck with your goals!

The main reason that new search engines fail is in the area of branding. Let’s face it - when the word ‘Google’ changes from being a noun to a verb, and you get sayings such as ‘go Google it’, you know the brand has stuck. You rarely hear anyone suggest you ‘go Yahoo it’ - the question is, will people ever suggest you ‘go Bing it’? Some how I cannot see that entering the language, not even ‘go Bingle it’ - it’s too close to ‘go bungle it’.
