I haven't played any poker since Oct 24th, the last league game.  Tonight's league game will be my first session in two weeks!  Just really haven't had the desire to play.  Its a good thing though because I'm really excited for tonight and plan on playing really well.  I currently sit 7th overall in the standings with a game behind and first place is still attainable.  I'll have a better gauge of my ceiling after tonights game and I'll keep you updated.

Thanks to everybody that game out to dinner last Saturday!  It was nice to see everybody who I haven't seen in forever.  Good times.  This year I was Fred Flintstone for Halloween with Marci who was Wilma for work.  Turned out really good.  Peyton was tinkerbell for her first halloween, Izzy a purple monkey, Dexter a lobster, and Leana didn't dress up.  We went and met up with all the cousins then Leana and I hung out over at Kyto's where I spent the night playing beer pong but instead of drinking beer, I was taking shots.  Didn't realize how much I was drinking until I was about to leave.  Which Saturday turned into a drinking night too with everybody for the b-day dinner so Sunday was left for recovery. 

Congrats to the Utes for their big win over TCU last night.  They didn't play that great of a game but it seemed as if TCU didn't want to win the game.  Utes put together a final drive to take the lead and win the game by 3.  Two games left for our "quest for perfection" against SD St and the Y.  If that happens, I want to go to the BCS bowl so everybody keep your calendars open.  I see some possible scenarios where we end up in the Fiesta against either OU or Texas or Orange against the ACC winner.  OU/Utah would have to be a must see for me right!?

About sums up the events thus far besides turning 30 last week.  Everything else is just the same ol!
