Declaration!
I needed to make a declaration to get fit, a New Year's Resolution if you will. I'm not looking to get all muscular or whatever, just want to be healthy. Everyone at work is doing a biggest loser thing and I decided to join. I weighed in at 205 on 1/7/08, which is the the heaviest I've been. Today, after a week of heathly eating, I'm at 199.5. I'll begin a weight training program today and I think it everything goes well, I should be able to get down to 170 and shed this fat. Once we get there, we can reevaluate and go from there.
