It begins tomorrow!
Thats right ladies and gents, tomorrow kicks off the college football season! Its a very exciting time because I wait all year for college football season to start. I love watching college football and of course, I love betting it! I haven't spent as much time as I usually do in the offseason keeping up with the news but I've made up for it the last few days. Not to mention, NFL starts next week! I should be loaded up with 4 books total this year. I decided to dive into some futures this year. This is what I have thus far:
Cleveland Browns under 5.5 wins +110. I have them winning 3 games, possibly 5. I have them getting swept by their division but that could be unlikely. I like getting the + money on this bet. I have a feeling that they'll start the season something like 1-7 and by then, Quinn should get the start and they go through some more growing pains. I have potential wins as follows: @ Oak, vs Houston, vs Miami, vs Buff. Basically 1-7 on the road, 3-5 at home.
I'm also taking a shot with Denver winning the AFC West. If they can stay healthy, I think they have a very good chance of winning the division. Getting 2 to 1, I figure why not. San Diego has a very tough schedule and they could very easily lose 6 to 7 games. They start off the season against Chicago and NE and then a very tough stretch in the middle of the season against Indy, @ Jax, Balt, @ KC.
Some early leans for tomorrow: Buffalo +32, LSU -17, Utah +7.
